Cancellation policy
24+ hours notice
Cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your booking — no charge, no questions asked.
Same-day cancellation
Cancellations on the day of care are subject to a $35 fee. Multi-day deposits are non-refundable once dates are reserved.
Late pickup fees
- 1A 15-minute grace period is included at no charge.
- 2After the grace period, a $5 per hour late fee applies until pickup.
- 3If you're running late, just text or call — communication goes a long way.

At drop-off or pick-up
Deposits: Multi-day bookings (24+ hours) require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your dates. The remainder is due at the start of care.
Sick child policy
- Please keep sick children home. For the health of all families, children with a fever (100.4°F+), vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious illness should not be in care.
- If a child becomes ill during care, parents will be notified immediately and asked to pick up within 1 hour.
- No cancellation fee for sick-related cancellations with reasonable notice.
Overnight rules
- Bedtime routine included: Bath, story time, and tuck-in as directed by parents.
- Overnight monitoring: Jada stays on-site and checks on children periodically throughout the night.
- Morning handover: Breakfast prep and a tidy update when parents return.
- Sleeping arrangements: Please provide clear instructions on where the child should sleep and any comfort items needed.
Rate: Overnight care is a flat $145 per night. A typical overnight (8 PM – 8 AM) is approximately 10–12 hours. Multi-night stays require a 25% deposit.
