- Child & family details: children's names, ages, allergies, routines, and emergency contacts you share to help us provide safe care.
- Booking info: service type, dates, times, duration, and any notes you submit.
- Payment info: deposits are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — only a transaction reference.
- Basic web data: device type, pages viewed, and approximate location for security and analytics.
2. How we use information
- To confirm, schedule, and provide babysitting services.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates by email or text.
- To process deposits and payments.
- To respond to your messages and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted services that help us operate — Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database hosting), and our email provider — and only as needed to deliver the service you requested. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect a child's safety.

Bookings and contact information are stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe under PCI-compliant standards.
5. Data retention
We keep booking records for up to 3 years for tax and recordkeeping purposes. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.

7. Children's privacy
Our website is intended for parents and guardians. We collect information about children only from the parent or guardian who books our services, and only as needed to provide care.
