1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of booktinytwinkles.com and the babysitting and childcare services ("Services") provided by Tiny Twinkles Babysitting, operated by Jada ("we," "us," "Jada"). By booking, paying for, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Booking and acceptance
Submitting a booking request on this site is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after Jada replies to acknowledge availability. We may decline any booking at our discretion (for example, scheduling conflicts, distance, or safety concerns).
3. Pricing and payment
Current rates are listed on the Services page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Multi-day and overnight bookings may require a deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due on or after the service date.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are free of charge. Same-day cancellations are subject to a $35 fee to cover the reserved time. Multi-day and overnight deposits are non-refundable once dates are reserved. Full details live on the Policies page.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information, emergency contacts, and any relevant medical, dietary, or behavioral information for each child.
- Ensure a safe in-home environment with working utilities, smoke detectors, and required child equipment (cribs, car seats, etc.).
- Keep sick children home — see the sick-child policy on the Policies page.
- Return at the agreed pickup time. Late pickups are subject to the fees listed in our Policies.
6. Care standards and safety
Jada is CPR & First Aid certified and uses reasonable care at all times. In an emergency, Jada will contact you immediately and call 911 if needed. We are not a licensed daycare facility; services are provided as in-home, individual babysitting.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Twinkles Babysitting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a single booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
8. Photos and updates
With your permission, Jada may share photos and check-in messages with you during care. Photos of children are never posted publicly without explicit written consent from a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
